Full bathroom renovations

The whole room, from the old suite going out the door to the final silicone bead. We handle demolition, first-fix plumbing and electrics, tanking, boarding, tiling, fitting and finishing, so there is one person responsible for the result.

  • Strip-out and disposal of the old bathroom
  • Plumbing and electrical first-fix, including underfloor heating if wanted
  • Walls and floors prepared for large-format tile
  • Baths, showers, WCs, vanities, mirrors and heated rails fitted
  • Grouting, sealing and a proper final clean

Wall & floor tiling

Tiling is the bit everyone sees, and the bit that goes wrong most often. We set out every room before the first tile goes down, so cuts land where they should, grout lines run true and the floor is dead level.

  • Large-format porcelain and marble-effect tile (our speciality)
  • Stone, slate, wood-plank, brick and patterned tiles
  • Floor levelling, decoupling and tanking
  • Mitred external corners and trimmed edges
  • Tiling-only jobs welcome if you already have a plumber

Walk-in showers & wet rooms

A walk-in shower or wet room opens a small bathroom right up. We build them to last: proper falls to the drain, tanking to the walls and floor, and glass that is fixed solidly rather than just siliconed in.

  • Low-profile and tiled-in shower trays
  • Linear drains and wet room formers
  • Frameless, black-grid and sliding enclosures
  • Rainfall shower kits, thermostatic valves, electric showers
  • LED-lit shower niches built into the wall

En-suites & downstairs WCs

Small rooms reward careful planning. Wall-hung WCs with concealed cisterns, compact vanities and clever storage make a cloakroom or en-suite feel twice the size without moving a wall.

  • Wall-hung WCs with concealed cisterns and flush plates
  • Compact and corner vanities, countertop basins
  • Boxing-in that doubles as a shelf or feature
  • Layouts that keep the floor clear and easy to clean

Feature niches, slat walls & lighting

The details people photograph. Recessed niches with hidden LED strips, oak slat feature walls, backlit mirrors and mood lighting lift a bathroom from standard to special, and they cost far less than you might think when planned in from the start.

  • Recessed niches with mitred tile edges and LED strip
  • Oak slat and timber feature walls
  • Backlit and LED mirrors, demister pads
  • Under-vanity and niche mood lighting

What’s included

No surprises on the quote.

Every quotation lists exactly what is in and what is out. These are the questions we get asked most.

Do you remove and dispose of the old bathroom?
Yes. Strip-out, skip and disposal are included in every full renovation quote. We protect the hallway and stairs with sheeting and clean up each evening.
Do I need a separate plumber and electrician?
No. We first-fix and second-fix plumbing ourselves, and we work with a registered electrician for anything that needs certification, such as a new electric shower circuit or lighting. It is all coordinated and priced by us.
Can you supply the tiles and sanitaryware?
We can supply everything through our trade accounts, fit items you have bought yourself, or a mix of both. Either way we will check what you have chosen works in the room before anything is ordered.
How long does a bathroom take?
A typical full bathroom runs two to three weeks on site, depending on size, tile format and how much is being moved. En-suites and cloakrooms are usually quicker. We give you a start date and a finish date in writing.
Do you do tiling-only jobs?
Yes. If you already have a plumber or a builder, we are happy to come in for the tiling alone, including floors, splashbacks and feature walls.
Is the work guaranteed?
We stand over our workmanship and come back to sort anything that is not right. Fittings carry their manufacturer warranties, which we register for you where applicable.
