A tired 90s suite with a corner bath, terracotta tiles and a chequerboard floor. Stripped back and rebuilt with large-format beige marble-effect porcelain, a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower and a navy wall-hung vanity with LED mirror.

Backlit mirror, wired in first
The cable runs inside the wall before a tile goes on, so there is no trailing flex and the switch is a touch sensor on the glass.

Lit niche with mitred edges
Cut into the wall, tanked, tiled with 45-degree mitred edges instead of plastic trim, and lit by a hidden LED strip.

Linear drain with a true fall
The floor is screeded to fall one way, tanked, and flood-tested before tiling. That is what keeps a wet room dry underneath.

Wall-hung vanity, floor runs under
Fixed to a hidden frame so the floor tile carries on underneath. Easier to clean, and a small room looks bigger.

Sealing, grouting, silicone, final clean and a walk-through with you. We don’t leave until you’re happy with every detail.
